At Power Building Products, we offer open lines of credit not only to professional contractors but also to individuals and homeowners.

Our terms of sale are "Net 10th" which means anything bought in one month is due by the 10th of the following month. Our billing cycle ends on the 28th of each month so purchases made up to and including the 28th would be due the following month on the 10th. Purchases made on the 29th, 30th or 31st would be treated as if they were already in the following month and would be due the 10th of the second month following the month of purchase. After the 10th of the month, there is a 5 day grace period. After the grace period interest in the amount of 2% (24% APR) is added to all outstanding invoices on the 16th of each month.

The only type of account we offer is the open account - the type of account that must be paid in full each month. We do not offer revolving accounts or installment accounts.
